SA1NTS-COME-ET-DAMIEN-AD-PRAESEPE. — Très

ancien oratoire fondé par le pape Symmaque (498- 514) : ad sanctam Mariam oratorium sanctorum Cosmœ et Damiani a fundamentis construxit. Près de là fut construit probablement un gerocomium qui, sous Grégoire II (715-731), fut converti en monastère qui fut doté par Léon III (795-816).
