The Assignee shall, on the third juridi

cal day of each month, after he shall have commenced to deposit Estate inoneys in a Bank or Bank Agency, as required by the said Act, file of record in the case an account of the Estate, shewing the balance thercof in his hands, or under his control, made up to the last day of the proceding month. And no moneys s0 deposited, shall be withdrawn without a special order of the Court, entered in the docket of proceedings in the caso, or upon a dividend sheet prepared and notified, as required by the said Act, or unless otherwise ordered by the Creditors, under the powers conferred upon them bv the said Act.

27. Every want of compliance with these rules in proceedings in Insolveny shall he a peine de nullité, and the proceéding in which the irregularity has occurred if objected to, on the ground of such wrnt compliance, shall be null and have no effect,
