M. G..., 54 ans, opéré le 22 septembre 1942.

Arthrite sèche de la hanche avec gêne fonctionnelle suffisante pour empêcher la vie active, atrophie musculaire importante, bon état général.

Acétabuloplastie ou neurotomie ?

Intervention (22-9-42). Acétabuloplastie par la technique habituelle.

Suites opératoires : eczéma de la jambe sans incidents NS profonds.

Octobre 1943 : indolence, mobilité relative, bon résultat.

Au total : bon résultat se maintenant un an après l’intervention.
