O. D. : Pas de lésion superficielle du globe. Chambre antérieure profonde. Iridodialyse en dehors avec avalement de l'iris. Iridodonésis léger. Pupille réagit faiblement à la lumière. Subluxation du cristallin en dedans avec ballottement marqué, Le cristallin est en voie d'opacification. Fond facilement éclairable ; aucun détail n’est visible. Tonus ôculaire normal actuellement. V = faiblement la lumière.

O. G. : Normal. Aucune lésion, ni superficielle, ni profonde. V = r.

Lésion définitive. Réduction 30 %.
