These remittances and delays are hereby granted to Mr. A... on condition that the security above promised be given to hissaid creditors, and that he will faithfully fulfil his engagements to pay every dividend on his said liabilities at its precise date of payment above indicated.

In default of execution of the above conditions and stipulations on the part of Mr.

A... his said creditors will resume their original elaims and rights in their integrity, including the interests above remitted.

ART. 4TH.e

The above stipulations and the statements hereto annexed are made without prejudice or derogation to any privileges, hypothees, or their Special securities which any of the said ereditors may have for their respective claims, and they hereby reserve all recourse which they may have against any third parties respecting the same,
