19 À emprunter d’une ou de plusieurs |

personnes, jusqu’à concurrence d’une somme de... ; fixer l’époque du remboursement des sommes empruntées, le taux et le mode de paiement des intérêts ;

20 A la garantie du remboursement des sommes empruntées et accessoires, hypothéquer les immeubles suivants lui appartenant de son chef (désignation).

3° À employer la somme empruntée à payer le prix des immeubles que ladite

dame B. a achetés de M. D.,suivant contrat passé devant Me....., notaire, etc.
