62, The Governor in Council may order the Active Militia, or any portion thereof, to drill or train for a period of not more than thirty days in each year.

@8. The Militia or any part thereof, or any officer or man thereof, may be called out for any military purpose other than drill of training, at such times and in such manner as is prescribed.
