1. 32. Almanach des Muses : the Musen-almanach published first in 1770 by the group of young German poets mentioned. They formed a literary circle which is generally known as the Hainimnd, Klopstock (17 24- 1803), the author of the epic poem the Messias^ was their literary idol.
