Pour nuisance, la conclusion est to the great damage and common nusance of all ‘ the liege subjects of our said Lord the King &c.” Les mots % against the ‘ peace of our Lord the King,” paraissent être essentiels dans tous les cas, excepté dans les indictments pour nonfeasance (omission). Si l’offense est poursuivie en vertu d’un statut, la conclusion est— ‘ against ‘ the form ofthe statute in such case made and provided, and against the “ peace &c.” (comme ci-dessus).
Si l’offense est créée par plusieurs statuts, alors c’est— against the form of & thestatutes &c.” (1). L’omission des mots against the form of the statute, ou ‘ of the statutes,”” expose à une défense en droit (demurrer), ou à une 2pplication pour suspension (arrest) de jugement, ou à un writ d’erreur. (Ibid).
IT, et 6. Geo. No. 175.
