Distoma lanceolata. Hermaphrodite, lancéolé. Ventouse ventrale orbiculaire ; intestin non ramifié.

Disloma hœmatobium ou Thecosoma. Unisexué : femelle grêle, mâle renflé. Ventouse ventrale douze fois plus grande que la ventouse buccale.
