ARTICLE 3RD CHARGES AND CONDITIONS

1° In consideration of the above stipulations, the parties of the second part hereby promise and oblige themselves to pay tothe parties of the first part, thereof accepting, an annual life rent of four hundred dollars, to which the parties of the second part will be bound to contribute, separately, sans solidarité entre elles, each of them for one fourth ; said life rent to be payable.
