19 En considération de tout ce que des-

sus, les parties de deuxième part promettent et s’obligent, par les presentes, payer et servir aux parties de première part, acceptant, une rente et pension annuelleet viagère de quatre cents piastres, à laquelle les dites parties de deuxième part seront tenus, sans solidarité entre elles, de contribuer chacune pour ün quart; cette rente et pension devant être payable (indiquer le mode de, paiement), et devant être réduite de moitié à | l’époque du décès du premier mourant des dites parties de première part.
