20 De tous les animaux, outils et instruments aratoires, meubles et effets mobiliers quelconques, dont ladite ferme est actuellement garnie, dont le donataire a déjà reçu livraison des donateurs, et dont il se déclare satisfait ;
3° De certains meubles meublants et autres effets mcbiliers énumérés et estimés dans un état annexé à la minute des présentes après avoir été signé par les parties et ledit notaire, et dont le donataire reconnaît également avoir reçu livraison ;
40 De certaines créances, actions de banque et dépôts en banque énumérés dans un état annexé à la minute des présentes...
ete. (comme dans le précédent alinéa), et dont les titres sont actuellement en la possession du donataire ;
5° D'une somme de... ; en espèces courantes, que le donataire reconnaît lui avoir été remise par les donateurs avant l’exécution des présentes ;

L'immeuble présentement donné appartenait aux donateurs en vertu des titres suirants (établissement de propriété).
En vertu des présentes, le donataire sera propriétaire et pourra jouir et disposer, à
compter de ce jour de l’immeuble et de tous |
les biens mobiliers plus haut mentionnés comme de choses lui appartenant, le tout

4° To allow to the donors during their lifetime and until the death of the survivor of

5° De nourrir convenablement à ses dé- |

jusqu’au décès du survivant d’entre eux, un cheval et une vache dont les donateurs auront l’usage et le bénéfice ; et le donataire sera tenu, en tout temps, et à la demande des donateurs, de leur atteler convenablement ledit cheval à une voiture appropriée à la saison et à la condition des donateurs ; la voiture, le harnais et accessoires devant être fournis par le donataire ;
60 D’aller quérir, pour les donateurs, et de transporter chez eux à ses frais, le curé et le médecin, en cas de maladie ou d'infirmité ; les services et prescriptions du médecin devant être aux frais des donateurs ;
7° De transporter à ses frais, au domicile des donateurs, tout le bois ou le charbon qu’ils achèteront chaque année pour le

7e To cause to be carted and delivered at his own cost, at the domicile of the donors, all the fuel, wood or coal, which they will purchase each year for the heating of their said domicile, provided the distance of said cartage do not exceed......miles ;
80 To furnish and deliver to the donors, during their life time, and untilthe death of the survivor of them, a life rent, en nature, consisting of the following articles : (enumerate the different articles composing the life rent.) 90 De payer à ses frères et sœurs ci-après nommés les sommes suivantes, savoir :

Pour garantir le service régulier de la rente viagère ci-dessus stipulée, soit en nature, soit en argent, le paiement des diverses sommes plus haut mentionnées à ses frères et sœurs, et le fidèle accomplissement de toutes les charges et conditions susénoncées, le donataire hypothèque specialement, en faveur des donateurs et de sesdits frères et sœurs, l’immeuble ci-dessus désigné et donné.
Au moyen de ce qui précède les donateurs se dessaisissent, en faveur du donataire,ses hoirs et ayants cause, des droits de propriété et autres qu’ils ont sur tout ce dessus donné.

ments ; wash and iron their clothes; give them at all times, whether in good health or during their sickness, all the ease and comforts due to their age and condition ; the whole as long as they will choose to live with him.
In the event of the donors ceasing to live with the donee, the latter shall be bound, and he hereby promises and obliges himself, to pay them, at their domicile, within the limits of the district of......, an annual life rent of... dollars, payable quarterly and in

as the donors will have adopted another domicile than that of the donee ; said life rent to be continued until the decease of thesurvivor of the said donors ; but it shall be reduced by one-half at the decease of one of the said donors ;

As a guarantee for the regular delivery and payment, in money or otherwise, of the life rent above stipulated, as also of the payment to his brothers and sisters of the several above mentioned sums, and of the faithful accomplishment of all the charges and conditions above stipulated, the donee specially hypothecates,in favor of the donors and of his said brothers and sisters, the îmmoveable properties above described and donated.
In consideration of the above stipulations the donors hereby disseize and divest themselves in favor of the donee, his heirs and assigns, of all their rights of property and other rights in, to and upon the moveable and immoveable properties and articles above donated.
