Donation, sans garantie
The said property belonged to the donor, etc. (description of titles.)
Mr. A... reserves, during his lifetime, the usufruct and enjoyment of the property hereby donated, and the said Mr. B..... will be proprietor thereof, as nu propriétaire, from this date ; but he shall only enter’into possession and enjoyment of the same at the decease of the donor.
This donation is thus made under the following conditions, to which the donor hereby binds and obliges himself ;
19 To pay and acquit, from and after the date of the decease of the donor, all taxes, dues and contributions,of any nature or kind, to which the said property may be liable,
2° To submit to and suffer, from and after the same date, the passive servitudes, apparent or otherwise, affecting the said property, with the right of resisting and contesting the same if necessary, and of taking advantage of the active servitudes thereon existing ; the whole at his own risk and costs.
This donation is thus made in consideration of the interest and affection which the donor bears to the donee.
In consideration of the above, the donor hereby disseizes and divests himself,in favor of the donee, of all the rights of property and other rights which he may have in, to and upon the property hereby donated,
