3° I found lying in an open envelope à will and testament of the late Mr. B..….., under authentic form, executed on the, ete., (description), which I then and there remitted to the said Mr. G...….. , as duly appointed guardian in charge of the said sealed moveable property and effects ; (or, as the case may be, an olograph will of the said late Mr. B....…. , closed or sealed, which I sealed anew with my professional signet to be deposited with these presents, in the office of the prothonotary of the Superior Court of the said district for proof by the parties interested.
