Et n’y ayant plus rien à inventorier et à priser du fonds de marchandises et autres effets mobiliers contenus dans ladite maison de commerce et dépendances, nous en avons clos l'inventaire et la prisée ; et ledit DAC ete a déclaré, sous serment prêté devant le notaire soussigné, qu’il a fait comprendre au présent inventaire tous les biens mobiliers dépendant de la succession de feu M. OC... qui se trouvent dans ladite maison de commerce et dépendances, sans en avoir rien pris ni détourné, ni vu, ni su qu’il en ait été pris ou détournés.
