by him in this behalf duly authorized, of the one part, and E. F. of, &c. of the other part, [a fuit description of the parties to be inseried, as in tke dced,~] before G. H. Public ÎSotary, and witnesses, [or before J. K. and another. Public Notariés, as the case may be,] by which said Deed of Gift, the said A. B. and C. D. his wife, did give, grant, and confirm unto the said E. F. his heirs and assigns, ail that, &c. [^insert a description ofthe property conveyed by the Deed of Gift,'] to hold to the said E. F. his heirs and assigns for ever ; subject, nevertheless, to a certain life-rent, consisting of, &c.
