Le prix fixé pour l'octroi de icence en vertu de cet erticle doit être proportionné à l'étendue du commerce, industrie ou négoce de chaque personne tenue de prendre licence, et déterminé par le conseil à sa discrétion, pourvu que tel prix n'excède pas vingt piastres dans le cas du paragraphe 1, et douze piastres dans le cas du paragraphe 2.
