An Ordinance ftarther to amend « The Northern Territories Administration Ordinance, 1902 ».

fie it enacted by the Governor of tbe Gold Coast wîth respect to the Northern Territories as follows :

1. This Ordinance may be cited as a Tbe Nortbern Territories Admini8tration(AinendmeDt)OrdiDance,1906»,and shallbe readand constraed with a Tbe Nortbern Territories Administration Ordinance, 1902 » (Nortbern Territories Ordinance, No 1 of 1902),bereinaûer referred to as tbe principal Ordinance, as amended by Nortbern Territories Ordinances Nos 2 and 3 of 1902, No 3 of 1904, and No 1 of 1905.

2. Section 22 of tbe principal Ordinance 80 amended as aforesaid is bereby further amended as follows :

1® In the application of a Tbe Firearms, Ammunition and Gunpowder Ordinance, (Supplementary), 1892, » by adding after the words and figures « (No 4 of 1892) » the words and figures a as amended by « Tbe Firearms Ammunition and Gunpowder Ordinance (Supplementary) Amendment Ordinance, 1908 (No 16 of 1905) » and by adding tbe foilowing words after tbe words a said Ordinance » at the end tbereof viz : a and aiso tbat tbe power of framing rules sbaH be vested in tbe Governor instead of tbe Governor in Council and tbe duty on a licence sball l>e one pound instead of five pounds.
