Be it enacted by the High Commissioner of Northern Nigeria as folio ws :

1. This Proclamation may be cited as « The Fire-arms and Ammunition amendment Proclamation, 1904 », and shall be read and construed as one with « The Fire-arms and Ammunition Proclamation, 1901 », hereinafter referred to as the Principal Proclamation.
