2162. In the registration divisions cf Quebec and Montreal the register mentioned in paragraph 4 of the preceding article may be kept in several parts in separate books, according to the following classification :

1. Bonds, recognizances and other securities and obligations in favor of the crown ; Wills, and the probates thereof ;
