Extraordinary Caution.
The right proportion of Sea Moss Farine is two even teaspoonf£uls of Farine to a quart of milk. Itshould be evenly mixed with a little of the cold milk, and faithfully stirred to insure success. Sea Moss Farine is a far more concentrated form than Corn Starch, Maiïizena, Farina, Gelatine, and other farinaceous or gelatinous articles, and the use of more thamthe above-mentioned quaatity to a quart of milk renders the dish unpalatable. A small package of Sea Moss Farine, costing only 25 cents, will produce sixteen quarts of Blanc Mange, Puddings, ete. It should always be strained when taken from the Farina kettle.
