By his said last will and testament, which was registered in the registry office of the county of...., under No... of register B, the late Mr. B....… made the following provisions : (Relate in brief the provisions of the will).

At the request of the said Mr. A....,an inventory of the estate and succession of the said late Mr. B....… , Was taken by the said undersigned notary, on the... and subsequent days.

The moveable property and effects belonged to the said estate and succession, and enumerated in the said inventory, were sold by auction after previous publie notice, given according to law, at the late domicile of the said Mr, B....., by Mr. E....., a licensed auctioneer ; which sale has produced, after deducting the costs thereof, a net sum of one thousand dollars, as appears by the procès-verbal of the said sale received by the said undersigned notary, on the said... day of... ; which said sum was collected by the said Mr. A... , ès-qualité, immediately after the said sale.

And the said M. D... , having examined and verified the above account and the vouchers in support thereof, which all have been remitted to him by Mr. A... $ hereby declares the whole to be faithful and exact in all particulars and details.
