CHARGES ET CONDITIONS

1° En considération de tout ce que des- | sus, les parties de deuxième part promettent | et s’obligent, par les presentes, payer et | servir aux parties de première part, accep- | tant, une rente et pension annuelleet viagère | de quatre cents piastres, à laquelle les dites | parties de deuxième part seront tenus, sans | solidarité entre elles, de contribuer chacune pour un quart; cette rente et pension | devant être payable (indiquer le mode de | paiement), et devant être réduite de moitié à l’époque du décès du premier mourant des dites parties de première part,

SHARE OF F, B...... y —The said F, B...., receives and accepts from his father and mother above named, who hereby give and donate to him, inter vivos and irrevocably, his share of five thousand dollars in the said balance of assets, as follows, to wit :
