M. A... déclare qu’il possédait à l’époque de la dissolution de ladite communauté les meubles et effets mobiliers suivants, dont une partie est disparue depuis et dont le reste se retrouve encore en nature.

A...., who have had an intimate knowledge of his affairs and of the moveable property and effects which belonged to the said community,at the time of its dissolution ; which said appraisers have promised, under oath taken before the uudersigned notary, to make the said valuation faithfully, according to what will appear to them as having been the just value of the articles at the time of the dissolution of the said community, by means of their said personal kuowledge of the same, and of the sworn declarations and depositions cf the parties and other persons which may hereto appear.
