Cahier des charges et conditions auxquelles sera vendu l’immeuble désigné en l’acte d’autorisation à vendre émané de la Cour supérieure du district de... Fa LEON < sur avis d’un conseil de famille composé des parents etamis des mineurs issus du mariage de feu M. C..... avec dame A. B....., savoir :
Ledit immeuble sera mis à l’enchère, sans en rien réserver, avec garantie contre tous troubles et évictions quelconques, pour, par l'adjudicataire, en jouir et disposer en pleine propriété, sous les clauses, charges et conditions ci-après énoncées ; et, faute d’y satisfaire dans les délais requis, l’adjudicataire pourra y être contraint en justice, sans préjudice au droit que les vendeurs se réservent de remettre, en pareil cas, ledit immeuble à la folle-enchère, aux frais et dépens de l’adjudicataire en défaut ;
L'adjudicataire sera tenu :
1° De prendre ledit immeuble en l’état où il se trouve actuellement, avec les charges et servitudes dont il peut être grevé, sans pouvoir prétendre à aucune diminution de prix, et Sans recours en garantie contre les vendeurs, pour grosses ou menues réparations,dégradations, ou défaut de contenance ;
20 De payer et acquitter les taxes et contributions seigneuriales, municipales et scolaires imposées sur ledit immeuble et non encore échues ;
3° De payer à ladite dame A, B..... sa
part ou moitié du prix d’adjudication, soit
au comptant, soit par paiements annuels,

The said property will be put up at auction, without any reserve, and with warranty againstalltroublesand evictionswhatsoever, the purchaser to enjoy and dispose of the same as his own, forever, under the clauses, charges and conditions hereinafter mentioned ; and in his default of satisfying to the same,withinthe proper delays,the purchaser shall be compelled thereto judicially,without prejudice however to the right reserved by the vendors to resell the property atthe folle enchère at the cost and expense of the purchaser in default.
The purchaser shall be bound :

Dame A.
