PROPRES OF THE SUCCESSION OF THE LATE Me. C.....

(Description).

And all the parties hereto, after examining the liquidation and the moveable account and partition above written, and having taken communication of all the vouchers relative thereto, have acknowledged that, according to their verification of the same and according to the calculations therein contained, this said liquidation and moveable account and partition of the community of property which existed between Mr. and Mrs. C....… , and of the estate and succession of the said late Mr. ©... , is faithful and exact in all particulars and details; and they have therefor, of a common accord, settled as above their respective claims with the results above stated.

And the said F,.C......and H.C....., the two major heirs of the late Mr. C...., above named, have acknowledged and confessed to have received, before the execution of these presents, from the said Mrs. widow Orne , the respective balances herein above established in their favor, whereof they do hereby grant unto the said Mrs. widow (DRE , à full and final acquittal and discharge, liberating her atthe same time from all her resporsibilicies respecting the same.

As to the balances coming to the said minor heirs of Mr. C....…... , as established by their accounts above written, and interest thereon, the said Mrs. widow CC... shall remain responsible to them for the same, as their duly appointed tutrix.
