1° Que le débiteur aura la faculté de rembourser le capital de ladite rente quand bon li semblera, et sous la seule condition de Prévenir le créancier de son intention au uoins six mois à l’avance ;

Who hath by these presents oonstituted for the benefit of Mr. B...., etc., hereto present and accepting an annual and perpetual rent of... which Mr. A... hereby binds and obliges himself to pay to Mr. B.…., at his domicile at...., in equal quarterly terms from and after the... day of... next, until the extinction of the said rent by its reimbursement in the cases specified by law or by these presents.
The said rent is thus hereby constituted in consideration of the sum in principal of... which Mr. A... acknowledges to have received from Mr. B....…., etc.
It is expressly understood :
19 That the debtor of the said rent shall have,whenever he may deem fit, the right to reimburse the capital thereof, under the sole condition of giving notice of his intention to the creditor six months in advance ;

80 Qu’à défaut de paiement à son échéance d’un seul terme des arrérages de la rente et un mois après un simple commandement de payer resté infructueux, le capital de ladite rente deviendra immédiatement et de plein droit exigible, si bon semble à M. B....., sans qu’il soit besoin de remplir aucune autre formalité.
A la sûreté du service exact de cette rente, du remboursement de son capital et du paie:
