La demanderesse était propriétaire à l'époque de son mariage, comme légataire universelle du dit feu E. B...…. , Son père, ea vertu de son testament sus-mentionné, de plusieurs immeubles, dont quelques-uns sont encore en sa possession, comme propriétaire, et dont certains autres furent vendus durant son mariage avec le défendeur, en vertu des différents titres ci-après désignés, aux différentes personnes et pour les divers prix ci-après mentionnés ; et le produit de «s ventes fut perçu par le défendeur -et wnfondu avec les fonds de la dite commu:

By a deed of sale passed on the... , ete., the plaintiff sold and conveyed to her coheirs in the succession of the said late H, Bou , all her immoveables, rights and pretentions in the said succession for the sum of one thousand eight hundred and twentyone dollars.
By a deed of exchange executed by the plaintiff of the one part and her, co-legatees of the said late F, B...…., of the other part, on the... , ©te., and registered, etc., the plaintiff transferred and conveyed to the latter the immoveable properties to her bequeathed as aforesaid in consideration of the transfer and conveyance which her said coheirs made in her favor, by the same deed, of the immoveable property hereinafter described, to wit: (description).
The plaintiff was proprietor at the time of her marriage, as universal legatee to the said laid E. B...…. , her father, by virtue of his last will and testament above mentioneï, of several immoveable properties, some whereof are still in her possession, as pro:
prietor, the others having been sold during her marriage by the defendant, by virtue of the different titles hereafter mentioned, to the different persons and for the various prices hereafter iadicated ; and the proceeds of these sales were collected by the defendant and put in the common fund of the said community.
The defendant,during his marriage caused to be cut and sold, for the benefñt of the said community, considerable quantities of forest wood on the said inmmoveable properties of the plaintiff, occasioning thereby to the said properties a diminution in value, the amount whereof has been regularly established by.…., au expertappointed to that effect, as appears by his report dated..…..…, herewith produced.

Et après avoir pris connaissance de tous les titres, papiers et renseignements établissant les faits ci-dessus énoncés, je suis resté d'opinion, que les droits, reprises et avantages matrimoniaux de la demanderesse contre le défendeur sont les suivants, savoir :
1° Le prix stipulé en un acte de vente consenti par la demanderesse et sondit époux le... , ete, à M...
