DES EFFETS DE L ABSENCE DECLAREE

394. — La loi règle dans ce chapitre, et dans trois sections distinctes, les effets de la déclaration d'absence :

1° Quant aux biens que l'absent possédait au jour de sa disparition ;

2° Quant aux droits éventuels qui peuvent lui compéter;

3° Quant au mariage.
