23. Tout territoire qui est déclaré par les dispositions de ce code former par lui-même une municipalité de comté ou une municipalité locale distincte, forme telle municipalité sous le nom qui lui est propre, aussitôt que ce territoire réunit les conditions requises.—S. R.

23a. Les frais encourus dans le but de : réer et organiser une nouvelle municipalité rurale, de village ou de ville sont à la charge de la dite municipalité. 61 Vict. ch. 50,8. 1.

RELIMINAIRE.

23. Every territory which is declared by the provisions of this code to form of itself a distinct county or local municipality, dates its formation as such municipality, under its corporate name, as soon as such territory comes within the required conditions.

23a. The costs incurred for the purpose of creating and organizing a new rural village or town municipality are at the charges of the said municipality.
