Si cette partie de canton n’a pas une population d'au moins trois cents âmes, elle doit être annexée à une municipalité rurale voisine, dans le comté.

36. Whencver any territory which does not already form part of a local municipality is annexed by proclamation to any township in the county, such territory, from the date of its annexation to the township, forms part of the municipality of such township without any other formality.
#7. If a part only of atownship is situated in a county; such part of a township, forms, of itself, a municipality of part of a township when it has a population of at least three hundred souls.
If such part of a township has not a population of at least three hundred souls, it must be annexed to an adjoining rural municipality in the county.

S IV.—Annexion d'un territoire à une municipalité rurale.
41. L'annexion de tout territoire à une municipalité rurale, dans les cas prescrits par les dispositions des paragraphes précédents, se fait par ane résolution du conseil de comté.
Cette résolution doit être
approuvée par le lieutenant-
ouverneur en conseil, et puliée dans les quinze jours qui suivent la réception de l'approbation, par le secrétairetrésorier, en la manière prescrite pout les avis publics, et, en outre, par deux insertions dans un ou plusieurs papiersnouvelles et dans la Gazette Officielle de la province:
